Konsido

Collaboration across teams provides customers with full integration.

Intellis and Konsido have entered into a collaboration that ensures Konsido's consumption categories are integrated into the Tellis solution.
Case

This is just the first step on an integration journey, where we will ensure that the detailed contract and catalog data are integrated moving forward.

Together with Konsido ApS, we at Intellis share the ambition to ensure that public and private companies can benefit from increased automation, simplified workflows, and make better decisions based on improved insights into consumption behavior and consumption patterns in general. A crucial prerequisite for achieving this enhanced insight is that all consumption data (represented by invoices) is categorized in detail and correctly into a number of meaningful and business-relevant consumption categories.

Thomas Schultz, CEO of Konsido: “UNSPSC has been a standard for categorizing invoice data for many years, but our current customers have chosen Konsido precisely because UNSPSC no longer supports the business analysis needs they experience. Of course, UNSPSC will continue to exist, but I am proud that Intellis, as the first supplier of procurement and contract management tools, has now future-proofed their systems by integrating the Konsido1000 category structure into their solutions.”

Søren Iversen, CEO of Intellis: “Sustainability is one of the major themes in our new Tellis e-Procurement solution. If we can enrich our customers’ data with even more knowledge and thus make this data available for the solution from Konsido, while also receiving data in return, it is a significant win-win for our mutual customers. Openness and integration are Intellis’ core values when it comes to providing the best opportunities for our customers.”

Resultater

  • Close integration between data flows.
  • More opportunities for shared customers who wish to integrate.
  • Easy to set up which contracts to transfer data from.
