Intellis strengthens customer dialogue through status meetings.

At Intellis, we value close dialogue with our customers and believe that open communication is the key to success. For this reason, our dedicated Sales Manager, Maja Clausen, has initiated status meetings with several of our customers.

Recently, our Sales Manager, Maja, has been traveling across the country to meet with our customers for an open dialogue about Tellis. The purpose of these meetings was to evaluate the Tellis system and discuss the customers’ experiences, challenges, and needs.

Throughout these meetings, Maja has experienced an incredibly constructive and open atmosphere. Our customers have been very willing to share their experiences and new ideas, providing us with valuable insights. The intention was not to gather praise for the system but rather to collect concrete suggestions for improvements that we can work on. This is crucial for us, as we constantly strive to deliver a system that provides maximum value for the users.

One of the recurring themes in the feedback has been the user-friendliness and functionality of Tellis for end users. Customers have highlighted the strengths of the current system while also pointing out areas where there is room for improvement. This feedback is invaluable for our development team as it provides concrete points to work on to make the system even better.

At present, Maja has conducted nearly 10 status meetings with our customers, which will be followed by follow-up meetings in the fall. She is actively reaching out to our existing customer base to arrange additional status meetings.
