Intellis strengthens the organization’s HR and communication with 2 sharp profiles.

Intellis is now consolidating HR and communication under a unified umbrella. This aims to ensure that the entire organization benefits from a unified HR and communications department. Linda Johansson has been hired as the new HR and Communications Director.

“A new HR and communications department can strengthen the organization’s HR and communication in several ways. First and foremost, the department can help attract, develop, and retain talented employees.”

By having dedicated resources for the HR function, the organization can ensure a focus on finding the right employees who fit well with the company’s culture and values.

Linda continues: “Moreover, a strong HR department can help create a positive work environment by implementing policies and procedures that promote well-being, diversity, and inclusion. This can contribute to increased employee engagement, productivity, and job satisfaction.”

Communication is crucial for supporting both the internal organization and outreach to our existing and potential customers. This can include developing a clear and consistent brand identity, marketing campaigns, PR activities, and an active presence on social media. Therefore, Karoline Amalie Boysen has been hired as the Communications Manager in the new department.

“Externally, a professional communication effort can help the organization build its reputation among stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, and the general public. I am incredibly excited about the exciting tasks ahead of us, especially the opportunity to meet all Intellis customers.”

“On the communications front, a dedicated department can ensure more effective internal communication between management, employees, and teams. This can include creating internal communication channels such as intranet or newsletters, as well as regular meetings or workshops to share important information or update everyone on the company’s strategy or changes,” concludes Linda Johansson.

Intellis’ new HR and communications department will therefore strengthen the organization.
